- To maintain customer satisfaction at all times and ensure the customer complaint ratio never exceeds 1 in 10,000,
- To be awarded at least 10 additional prestigious international quality awards between 2025 and 2035,
- To uphold a balanced approach between profitability and quality, considering both as equally important and managing operations accordingly,
- To retain our entire existing customer portfolio,
- To acquire at least one new client each year.
