Tura Turizm (“Tura”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of users of the TuTu mobile application (“TuTu” or the “Application”).

This Privacy Policy explains which information may be accessed or processed by TuTu, why such information may be required, and how users can manage their permissions.

1. Account and Profile Information

TuTu may process information associated with the user’s account, such as name, surname, username, personnel information, assigned duties, tours and related operational information.

This information is used to authenticate users and provide access to the functions required for their role and assigned operations.

2. Location Data

TuTu may access precise and/or approximate location information for live operational location sharing during an active tour or assignment.

Live location sharing is not started automatically. It can only be started by the authorized guide or staff member by tapping the Start control in the Application and granting the required device location permission.

Before requesting background location access, TuTu displays an in-app disclosure explaining how and why location information is used.

When live location sharing is active, TuTu may continue to collect and share the user’s location with authorized operations personnel while the Application is running in the background, while the device screen is off, or while the Application is not actively in use.

This background location access is required so that the operations team can monitor the live position of the guide or staff member during the active tour or assignment.

Operations personnel can view the location information made available through this feature but cannot remotely start location sharing on the user’s device.

The user may stop live location sharing at any time by using the Stop control in the Application or by disabling location permission through the device settings.

Live location sharing cannot be started when the user does not have an active tour or assignment.

If location permission is disabled, location-based operational functions may no longer be available or may not function correctly.

Location information is used only for operational purposes and is not used for advertising or marketing purposes and is not sold to third parties.

3. Camera Access

TuTu may request access to the device camera when a feature requires image capture or visual input.

Camera access is used only when the user actively opens a feature that requires the camera and grants the relevant permission.

Users may disable camera permission at any time through their device settings. If camera permission is disabled, certain features may not function.

4. Photos, Videos, Files and Documents

TuTu may allow users to select photographs, videos, documents or other files when they choose to attach content to supported application features.

Where supported by the device, TuTu uses system-provided selection tools so that users can choose specific items without granting the Application broad access to the device’s photo or video library.

Only the items actively selected by the user are accessed for the relevant application function.

5. Chat and Communications

TuTu includes internal communication features that may process chat messages, group messages, attached files, audio content, sender information and message timestamps.

These communication features are intended for authorized TuTu users and operational communication.

6. Notifications

TuTu may send push notifications related to operational activities, assigned duties, messages and other application functions.

The Application may use Google Firebase services, including Firebase Cloud Messaging, to deliver notifications.

Users may enable or disable notification permissions at any time through their device settings.

7. How Information Is Used

Information processed through TuTu may be used to provide application functionality, authenticate users, manage assigned duties, support tour and operational activities, enable internal communications, provide notifications, maintain application security and support the technical operation of the Application.

TuTu does not use personal information collected through the Application for unrelated advertising purposes.

8. Data Access and Sharing

Information may be accessible to authorized personnel where required for the relevant operational process.

TuTu may also rely on technical service providers that are necessary for the operation of the Application, such as notification, hosting or infrastructure services.

Personal information processed through TuTu is not sold to third parties.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Information processed through TuTu is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant application functionality, meet operational requirements, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

10. Security

Tura Turizm applies reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through TuTu against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss.

11. User Permissions and Controls

Users remain in control of device permissions granted to TuTu.

Depending on the device and operating system, users may enable or disable permissions such as:

• Location
• Camera
• Notifications
• User-selected photos, videos and files

Background location access is used only while the user has an active tour or assignment and has explicitly started live location sharing.

Permissions may be changed at any time through the device settings. Certain application features may not function if a required permission is disabled.
